摘要：A graph with 2n vertices is said to be a bicirculant if its automorphism group contains an element g of order n which fixes no vertex and has exactly two length n cycles on the vertex set. In this talk, we study the class of locally primitive bicirculants.
报告人简介：靳伟，湘潭大学教授，博士生导师。江西省杰出青年人才项目获得者，第八届世界华人数学家大会45分钟邀请报告人，第八届欧洲数学家大会30分钟邀请报告人，博士毕业于西澳大利亚大学，米纳斯联邦大学博士后。曾在中南大学任副教授，在澳大利亚昆士兰大学，拉筹伯大学和斯洛文尼亚Primorska大学访问学习。发表学术论文40余篇，其中多篇论文发表在了J. London Math. Soc., J. Combin. Theory Ser. A，J. Combin. Theory Ser. B，J. Graph Theory等著名期刊上，主持国家自然科学基金面上基金、国家自然科学基金重点基金子课题等国家课题多项。
