摘要：Gilbert graph G_q,n,d is a graph with all vectors in F^n_q as vertices where two vertices are adjacent if their Hamming distance is less than d. In this talk, we will introduce how to improve Gilbert-Varshamov bound by graph spectral method.
报告人简介：闫桂英，本硕博毕业于山东大学数学系。现任中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院二级研究员、博士生导师，中国科学院国家数学与交叉科学中心副主任、中国工业与应用数学学会副理事长。主要研究领域为图网络理论及应用。获得国务院政府特殊津贴和“全国优秀科技工作者”荣誉称号。
