摘要：
Tutte proposed integer flows when he studied the well-known 4-Color Problem in 1949.
For further study of flow properties, Jaeger et al. (1992) introduced the concept of group connectivity as a nonhomogeneous analogue of integer flows, and Goddyn et al. (1998) proposed the definitions of circular flows and flow index which extend the range of flows to rational numbers. In this talk, we will discuss the existence of circular flow for regular Class I graphs and the equivalence of group connectivity on non-isomorphic groups with a same order.
报告人简介：李学良，南开大学杰出教授、组合数学中心副主任，博士生导师。1991年获荷兰屯特大学(University of Twente)博士学位，1992年任教授，1996年任博士生导师。1995年新疆维吾尔自治区有突出贡献的优秀专家，1996年航空工业总公司优秀留学回国人员，1997年教育部跨世纪优秀人才，1999年西北工大特聘教授，2001年国务院政府特殊津贴专家，2006年教育部“组合数学创新团队”负责人。中国工业与应用数学会奖励工作委员会委员，国际数学化学科学院副主席，中国组合数学与图论学会前任理事长。担任《Discrete Applied Mathematics, Elsevier》和《Journal of Mathematical Chemistry, Springer》、《应用数学学报（中、英文版）》等10余种国内外杂志编委。数十次应邀去美国、德国、加拿大、荷兰、英国、日本、意大利、澳大利亚、香港、墨西哥等国家和地区的大学和研究所进行合作研究和学术交流。主要从事图论与组合优化、化学图论、计算机科学理论方面的研究和教学工作。在本领域多种国际主流传统学术期刊上发表论文300余篇，谷歌学术搜索上万次被国内外同行学者的论著引用。在Springer等国际出版社出版《Graph Energy》等著作10部，在高教出版社出版《组合优化》等译著2部。主持过国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目十项，另外还承担过“973”项目2项和国家自然科学基金重点项目2项。
