报告题目：The periodic eigenvalues of the vectorial p-Laplacian
报告摘要：In this tailk we will give a negative answer to an open problem raised by Manásevich and Mawhin on the structure of the periodic eigenvalues of the vectorial p-Laplacian. This is an Euler–Lagrangian equation on the plane or in higher dimensional Euclidean spaces. The main result obtained is that for any exponent p other than 2, the vectorial p-Laplacian on the plane will admit infinitely many different sequences of periodic eigenvalues with a given period.
报告人简介：刘长剑，教授，现任中山大学数学学院（珠海）副院长，北京大学和法国里尔大学联合培养博士，主要从事常微分方程定性理论的研究工作，已主持多项国家自然科学基金面上项目，在Nonlinearity, J. Diff. Equa. , Dis. Cont. Dyn. Sys.等杂志上发表多篇学术论文。
