摘要：In this talk, we focus on the topic of functional inequalities in the noncommutative setting. Firstly, we will overview the background and the motivation for the investigations of noncommutative functional inequalities. Some classical results such as the Poincare and Talagrand-type inequalities will be recalled. Secondly, we will turn to our recent progress on the noncommutative logarithmic Sobolev inequality. Specifically, we establish a p-logarithmic Sobolev inequality for general hypercontractive semigroups, which extends various known results. Finally, we will conclude the talk with some concrete examples that our result can be applied. This talk is based on the joint work with Y. Jiao, D. Zanin and D. J. Zhou.
